Benefits of Corporate Chair Massage for Employees and teachers

Many of the benefits of chair massage for your employees are similar to the benefits of getting a full body massage, but in the comfort and convenience of your workplace. On site chair massage makes massage therapy accessible to all employees, while eliminating the need to travel to a massage clinic. Massage reduces stress, decreases anxiety, prevents repetitive strain injuries. It also increases focus, energy and mental clarity.
Now what do all these benefits for the employees translate into for your company? What is this really going to do for the bottom line?

1. Increase employee productivity
Employees simply give more to organizations who take good care of them. That extra alertness, focus and mental clarity doesn’t hurt either. In addition, corporate massage therapy helps employees who are distracted by headaches, back pain and anxiety to give all their focus to their jobs.

2. Decrease Worker’s Compensation claims
This goes back to the benefits of treating carpal tunnel, tendonitis,
and preventing repetitive stress injuries. Since those issues are being effectively addressed, the number of Worker’s Compensation claims goes down.

3. Improve office morale
If the company employees have low morale, it can lead the business to dwindle. But incorporating an office massage can eliminate the problem at a much lower cost. Addition of office massage as a benefit can definitely help in boosting their morale and encourage them to look forward to working everyday

Balance Massage brings ‘balance’ into one’s day!

I have had the opportunity to work with Bree and her team over the past 2 years.

As a therapist, Bree has been able to remediate many of my aches and pains that come from the sports I am involved in.

She is knowledgeable, professional and thorough in her treatments and I ALWAYS feel 100% better when I leave her sessions.

In addition, having invited Balance Massage to work with my faculty ‘onsite’ on a 15 minute rotational basis released faculty ‘stress spots’ and was a result of comments including:

“That 15 minute massage was what I needed on my break!”

“I didn’t realize how much of a difference having my neck and back massaged made difference on my posture”

“Initially I wasn’t sure what this 15 minute massage was all about, but now look forward to our next session!”

Thank you, Balance Massage!
